MECC Shelters

Tri-Metal Fabricators manufactures frames and accessories for CSC-approved Mobile Expandable Container Configurations (MECC Shelters)—three-in-one expandable containers used in the military for command posts, integrated workshops, accommodation, kitchens, ablutions, laundry facilities, and field hospitals.

The proprietary containers by Weatherhaven are manufactured with a steel or aluminum core and are available in standard 20-foot lengths or a smaller 10-foot length. In its packed configuration the MECC is a certified ISO container and the shelters can be stacked nine high, combined with attachments, and modified with electrical, gas, and other utilities.
